The man accused of breaching over three hundred Port Mann Bridge users' personal information while working as a TREO call centre agent has had fraud and personation charges stayed.

The crown says it had insufficient evidence to prove that Fils Pierre Gog fraudulently used the credit card information of the three hundred and fifty TREO accounts purportedly breached.

However, Crown Spokesperson Neil MacKenzie notes that the Cameroon native has spent four and a half months in custody while his case was dealt with, and will spend a further five months in jail as a result of his sentence for unlawfully returning to Canada.

Gog has previously been deported from Canada three times.
