The terms of reference for an internal review involving the inappropriate use of government resources to win ethnic votes have now been laid out.
Premier Christy Clark's Deputy Minister John Dyble --BC's top civil servant-- was named Thursday to head up the review which includes the Premier's Office, as well as various ministries.
Interviews are slated to begin immediately with findings expected as 'expeditiously as possible.'
Dyble's team of investigators include Deputy Finance Minister Peter Milburn, Lynda Tarras who heads up the BC Public Service Agency and Kim Henderson, a Deputy Minister with Citizens' Services and Open Government.
They're also expected to produce a written report.
