There has been another delays in the court cases for three of the men facing charges over the infamous 'Surrey Six' murders.
Crown Counsel has confirmed the trials for Cody Haevischer, Matthew Johnston, and Michael Le have all been pushed off until September 16th.
The reason according to Crown Counsel is the sheer volume of material for lawyers to go through as well as delays in some pre-trial court processes.
All three made their first court apearances back in 2009 to face charges in the 2007 slaying of six men in a Surrey apartment.
Two innocent people, Chris Mohan and Ed Schellenberg, were killed in the gang hit when they were caught in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Also facing charges in the Surrey six case is gangster Jamie Bacon.
A trial date for Bacon hasn't been set yet.
