The NHL deadline has come and gone and goaltender Roberto Luongo remains a Vancouver Canuck.
The team had been looking to move Luongo, but no deal could be worked out.
The Canucks had been speaking to at least four different clubs.
Luongo was on the ice for morning practise, a sign he'd most likely be staying.
There had been strong speculation Luongo could be sent to Tampa Bay, but that team picked a different goalie today.
Teams may be reluctant to take on Luongo's expensive, long term contract.
