The BC Conservatives have come out with an election promise around transparency in the legislature.
Party leader, John Cummins says if he's elected premier next month, MLAs' expenditures will be released.
He says receipts would be required for credit card expenditures related to the operations of MLAs' legislature and constituency offices.
"Line to line listing of expenditures, so that would include salaries, service contracts, travel and accommodations for any events, hospitality, all those items would be listed separately."
Cummins also says more detail will be released about decisions made by the Legislative Assembly Management Committee.
