Timothy Bachman has been found not guilty of sex-related charges against a child.
The co-founder of the Canadian rock band "B-T-O" had been accused of sex assault and touching for a sexual purpose, starting when the girl was 11-years old.
It was alleged to have happened while the girl was under Bachman's foster care between 2000 and 2004 in Abbotsford.
At issue during trial was the credibility of testimony from the victim, who is now 24-years old.
The judge says he finds her evidence unreliable.
