Liberal party supporters are still waiting for their leader to address them at what should be their victory party in downtown Vancouver.
There have only been sporadic cheers as the results come in, but Christy Clark has yet to address the growing crowd. Earlier today, Clark told reporters she's proud of how she's run this race.
"I feel like we worked as hard as we could to talk to people about the economy and how important it is we protected it. I think there are a lot of British Columbians who are concerned about that, so i feel really good about the campaign that we ran."
Clark must also be declared the winner in her own riding of Vancouver-Point Grey where the NDP's David Eby could still take the seat once held by former Premier Gordon Campbell.
