A major management change for BC Place Stadium.
Howard Crosley is gone as General Manager.
The CEO of money-losing BC Pavilion Corporation has told staff about the departure of BC Place Stadium GM Howard Crosley.
Crosley's position will not be replaced.
Instead Vancouver Convention Centre GM Ken Cretney's duties will be expanded and he's been named PavCo's COO.
Crosley was hired in 1998 and oversaw the stadium during the Olympics and 514-million-dollar renovation.
CKNW contributer Bob Mackin says Crosley's total compensation package was $270,000.
