It will be another month before the couple accused of building and planting bombs at the legislature will be back in court.
Sitting just two seats apart at BC Supreme Court in Vancouver this morning, John Nuttall and Amanda Korody smiled, whispered and blew kisses at each other.
Today Nuttal did not carry a Quran.
Each took moments to turn and look at the gallery - Nuttall smiling -- Korody with her lip quivering and appearing teary.
Both stood to have the charges against them read.
They will be back in court August 7th.
Thomas Morino, Nuttall's lawyer, says he must deal with the issue of legal funding as this type of case -- with terrorism charges -- has many unknown aspects and costs.
And he will assist Korody in finding her own legal counsel.
