Two young men are facing assault and weapons charges after an attack in Abbotsford today.
They'd been hassling some other men at a bus loop, and it started to get heated.
When a man intervened and tried to calm things down, they turned on him.
Constable Ian MacDonald:
"He'd indicated he was going to phone police, they knocked his phone from his hand, and then began assaulting him."
The injuries are not serious.
An eye witness called police and they arrested the young suspects.
