New Westminster police are asking for help identifying a man they call a "prolific con artist."
Last week, the man befriended an elderly woman by pretending to be her son.
He then followed her home and allegedly stole 240-dollars cash from her wallet.
Police believe the same man is responsible for a similar incident last January -- in which a senior was bilked of nearly 16-hundred dollars.
