Finance Minister Mike de Jong will make it official when he visits the country in December... de Jong says the new trade offices in Mumbai and Chandigarh will strengthen BC's relationship with India.

While in India, de Jong also plans to walk from Amritsar to Chandigarh to raise awareness about hyper-tension and diabetes.
