The Corporation of Delta has reduced flood warnings for the storm predicted to strike in the early hours of Monday morning.
Delta' Chief Administrative Officer George Harvie says,
"We do not expect any real significant problems, but our staff will be out there in case there's a need to react to any events that may occur."
Harvie says Tsawwassen Beach and Westham Island are still at risk of flooding.
In Vancouver, Meteorologist Mark Madryga says the weather could make for a nasty commute.
"For the morning commute tomorrow, I would say, certainly some snow likely at higher elevations as we'll be right in the middle of the storm at that time. Down low, it should be rain."
The City of Richmond isn't expecting the storm to have much impact on that muncipality.
