For the second time in a week, North Shore Rescue crews are near Cypress Mountain trying to rescue a snowboarder.
Team leader Tim Jones says they have been in contact with the man, and believe they know where he is:
"We believe he's just at the snowline, below the waterfalls, in main drainage of Montizambert."
Jones says they are confident they can reach the man by coming up from Highway 99.
He says it's the same type of situation as Sebastian Boucher, rescued earlier this week, and that's frustrating for crews who now have to risk their lives.
Jones has a warning for anyone heading out of bounds:
"It's Russian Roulette right now. Your luck is going to run out."
Crews are still struggling to recover twenty thousand dollars worth of equipment used to rescue Boucher Tuesday.
