A few dozen Greyhound bus riders trying to get home for Christmas have been stranded at the station overnight in Kamloops, and say they haven't been told why.
Kyle Brosseau says his bus left Vancouver last night en route to Calgary at 6:15 and arrived in Kamloops around 11pm.
He says he was told they would transfer to a different bus, and that would only take an hour.
It's now been several hours, and the 18-year-old says Greyhound staff are long gone without telling the passengers anything.
"There's pregnant ladies sleeping on cafeteria tables with their kids on tables. Like, I could send you pictures, it's disgusting. It's Christmas Eve and every single in this cafeteria has someone sleeping on it."
Greyhound has so far not returned phone calls.
