The man accused of sexually assaulting two women in Burnaby over the weekend already has a criminal record.
That's what police are confirming after reporting the suspect was identified and arrested within 24-hours of the attacks.
The assaults were recorded within 20-minutes of each other Saturday.
The suspect's name is protected by a publication ban, but he's already been charged with two counts of sexual assault and breach of probation.
He's been remanded in custody until his next court appearance later this week.
