Yellow tape is up in downtown Vancouver following a shooting near Granville and Smithe streets.
Police say they responded to a call of a fight shortly before seven this morning.
When they got there they discovered that one man had been shot.
He's been taken to hospital with what police say are "undetermined" injuries.
