The flu continues to spread and experts say it'll be around for another few weeks.
Doctor Bonnie Henry with the BC Centre for Disease Control says there's still a lot of Norovirus around especially in health care facilities.
As for the flu, it too continues to spread.
"We have seen increased activity throughout the province but there's been some areas of focal increases especially the Fraser Health Authority area they've had a lot of activity in long term care homes and about half of the outbreaks that have happened have been in Fraser Health."
Henry says it's not unusual for those who've had the flu shot to get the flu.
In fact she says the flu shot only reduces your risk by about half.
