A guilty verdict has come down against Jesse Blue West.
He's the man charged with the first degree murder of 14-year old runaway Chelsey Acorn.
During his trial, West tried to prove the girl's death was an accident and he was only guilty of helping his son hide the body, but prosecutors say both men planned the murder.
Dustin Blue Moir has been serving a life sentence since he was convicted of the same charge in February of 2010.
Acorn ran away from her foster home in Abbotsford in October of 2005 and her body was found by some hikers the following April near Hope.
