The M.L.A. who represents Vancouver's West End says people in the community are scared and anxiously waiting to hear more from police after multiple stabbings last night in a building at Haro and Barclay.
Spencer Chandra-Herbert says residents of the West End -- not only those living in the building -- are still scared and have very little information from police.
"It's our community, it's a tightly knit neighborhood and people are saying this could happen everybody wants to know why would this have happened, how?"
Chandra-Herbert says the stabbings hit close to home with his assistant and many friends living in the building.
