A 40 year old Abbotsford man has now been charged with second degree murder in the death of his estranged wife.
Police say the body of 40 year old Leanne Friesen was found in the garage of a home in the 34-800 block of Cassiar Court Wednesday night.
Police say the victim had been shot and killed.
Jeffrey Friesen is now charged and is due to make his first court appearance next Tuesday.
