A 28-year-old Surrey man was gunned down on Christmas Eve just over a year ago.
Now charges have been laid in his death.
Bradley McPherson was one of four men murdered within days of each in Surrey over the 2011 holidays.
Police say he was shot while at a house party.
Charged with second-degree murder is Russell Bidesi.
The 22-year-old is also accused in the death of Kacey Rogers, a 31-year-old man shot dead in his home a few months after McPherson.
Bidesi has been in custody since February 2012, after having been arrested, with a second man, in Rogers' death.
Police say the killings are not linked.
