Vancouver Police are warning protestors at the Pidgin Restaurant on the Downtown Eastside they may be crossing the line and one person faces arrest.
VPD Constable Brian Montague says police are actively looking for one person who faces arrest for protest at the restaurant.
A letter has also gone out to so-called key individuals, warning them their actions could be criminal.
"The letter talks about mischief, which would include any behaviour the prevents the lawful use and enjoyment of property."
The protest at the restaurant, which some say is a symbol of gentrification in the area, started back in early February.
