Langley RCMP now have a "person of interest" in a theft from the maternity ward of Langley Memorial Hospital.
It happened back on March 30th.
The parents of a newborn returned to their room and discovered their wallets and an iPad were missing. Mounties would like to speak with a woman -- captured on surveillance video -- leaving the ward around the time of the theft.
A similar theft occured April 1st at Lions Gate hospital in North Vancouver.
In that case, a young mother had 300-dollars stolen from her wallet.
The suspect in the crime was a man, so it's not believed the two are related.
