A gangster who pleaded guilty to manslaughter and conspiracy to commit murder has been sentenced to 12 years in prison.
Daniel Russell, who's a member of the UN gang, plotted to kill Jamie, Jonathan and Jarrod Bacon.
He's also taken responsibility for the shooting death of 24 year old Jonathan Barber in 2008.
Prosecutors and Russell's lawyer agreed to jointly seek the 12 year term.
When credit for time served is factored in, he will be eligible for parole shortly after serving four years.
