Surrey RCMP are looking for a man who physically and sexually assaulted a 20 year old woman in her basement suite.
It happened Thursday in the 1-66- hundred block of 63-B Avenue, around 10:30 in the morning.
She was leaving her home when the man approached her and attacked her inside the basement suite.
She was able to fight him off, and he ran away.
She was taken to hospital for treatment of her injuries.
The suspect is white, late 20's to early 30's, six foot two, thin build, with long light brown curly hair, a scruffy beard and brown eyes.
Police say he has yellow teeth and a large scar on his left eyebrow.
