The BC Coroners Service has released the names of the two teens whose bodies were recovered from Nicola Lake Monday as Brendan Daniel Wilson and Austin Kurtis Kingsborough -- both were 17 years old and from Langley.
The boys were reported missing April 21st when they didn't return home from a family cabin -- their partially submerged canoe was found the next day.
A private search team from Idaho hired by the families used sonar equipment to find the bodies after police came up empty handed in their search.
The RCMP found several pieces of clothing and equipment, but were not able to find the bodies.
The coroner is now in charge of the case.
