Members of the RCMP and the community gathered at Vancouver’s Jericho Sailing Centre on Friday to speak to politicians about harassment within the force.
"There's a number of people who have stepped forward,” says MP Joyce Murray, “and said there's a systematic culture that is undermining respectful treatment in the workplace, whether it's sexual harassment or workplace harassment, and that they have no recourse."
Murray says there have been other sessions like this one held in Ottawa.
Two alleged victims spoke of their experiences, with one claiming intimidation.
