The Crown is asking for no jail time for a Stanley Cup rioter who's also a former beauty queen.
Sophie Laboissonniere has pleaded guilty to taking part in the riot and her lawyer is asking for a conditional discharge.
The crown is calling for a 2 month conditional sentence followed by probation and then community work service.
The crown says Laboissonniere broke into london drugs at Georgia and Granville, then proceeded to loot the store.
In exchange for a guilty plea earlier this year, Prosecutors dropped the second charge of break and enter.
In court this morning, Laboissonniere showed no emotion as videotape was played showing through the store with hundreds of others, looting as they went.
Court also heard an emotional 9-1-1 call from a London Drugs employee as fellow workers huddled in the store's receiving area, afraid for their lives.
