A Vancouver high school teacher has admitted to literally shutting-up chatty students.
The Teachers Regulation Branch says Margo Anne Fowler had three students at Sir Winston Churchill Secondary School duct-tape their mouths shut when they were talking in her class.
Two of the students were in grade eight, one was in grade ten.
A resolution agreement notes the tape stayed over one student's mouth for between 15 and 20 minutes.
A photo of that student ended up on a classmate's Facebook page.
The district made a report to the College about Fowler in May of last year.
Fowler is being issued a reprimand by the College.
