The judge has found her guilty of breaching her conditions.
The mandated curfew part of a suspended sentence after Cacnio plead guilty to participating in a riot.
She was stopped at a police roadcheck past her curfew last January.
Cacnio told the judge she was desperate for some anti-depressant medication she left at a cousin's in Burnaby.
The court is reconvening where Cacnio will be sentenced for the breach.
She's been sentenced to one day in jail, but she gets credit for time alredy served when she was arrested.
