Vancouver Police have arrested a man after a destructive rampage in the 19-hundred block of east Broadway.
Constable Brian Montague says an argument with a roommate sent a man into a rage.
Montague says the man smashed a nearby car with a variety of tools and instruments before turning his attention on his home. He says the man began to smash up the inside of his house and may have even tried to light it on fire.
Police had surrounded the home by then and went in. They used some bean bag rounds to subdue the man.
He is now facing numerous criminal charges.
