Former beauty queen Sophie Laboissoniere has received a conditional discharge for her role in the 2011 Stanley Cup riot.
She must serve 16 months probation before her criminal record can be erased.
Sentencing was delayed last month because her lawyer needed more time to put together his submissions.
The former beauty contestant from Richmond admits she was one of the people caught on video looting a downtown store in June of 2011.
At the time, she was 19, and she swiped a bag of chips, a couple of bottles of water and a Vancouver Canucks water bottle from London Drugs.
