A BC Supreme Court judge has reserved her decision on the sentences for the UN gang members who plotted to kill the Bacon brothers.
But Justice Janice Dhillon has signalled she will accept a joint submission from both Crown and defence lawyers that asks for sentences of between 11 and 14 years behind bars, minus credit for time served.
The five UN members pleaded guilty on Monday to conspiring to murder Jonathan, Jarrod and Jamie Bacon and their associates, during Metro Vancouver’s gang war in 2008 and 2009.
