Asked about the possibility of increased oil shipments by rail in B.C., Mary Polak points to the conditions her government has laid down for the Northern Gateway pipeline proposal.
"But that isn't just about potential pipelines, it's about our ability to respond to a spill on land, on water, with the federal government, or indeed a spill of any chemical hazardous material, we need to make sure that we have world leading response."
