Police in the Fraser Valley have had another run-in with Thomas Michael Pappas.
The name may sound familiar: Ten months ago he was the subject of a manhunt by Mission RCMP.
This time he's been picked up by Abbotsford Police and charged with indency and possession of a controlled substance.
The 49-year old was arrested Sunday after cops got a call about a shirtless man pleasuring himself in Swensson park.
Pappas has been released on orders he stay away from children under the age of 16, not drink, and avoid playgrounds and recreation centres.
Pappas has previous convictions for sexual assault, uttering threats and theft.
