A busy day for North Shore Rescue.
Crews had spent two days looking for a Bermese Mountain Dog who ran away from his snow-shoeing owner two weeks ago on Mount Seymuor.
They’ve managed to pulled Ohly out of a gully and transport him safely back down by helicopter.
Crews were then called to Hollyburn Mountain, where a young male skier had gone into cardiac arrest.
Search leader Tim Jones says the man, believed to be in his 20s, was long-lined out.
"And that person has been brought down to Capilano Watershed where BC Ambulance and one of our emergency physicians are now trying to resuscitate him.”
He's now in hospital in critical conditon.
