Vancouver's Mayor is dismissing a report ranking his city as the worst in Canada for traffic congestion, but he admits there's room for improvement.
"We certainly have some challenges, but you know, nothing like LA, nothing like Seattle. I think all of us have been in other cities in North America where the traffic is horrendous."
Gregor Robertson is also skeptical of the GPS firm responsible for the survey - a company called Tomtom.
"The methodology of the study is questionable. I think transportation experts have raised those concerns and anyone who's driven in different cities compared to Vancouver, that would be self-evident."
The survey of traffic between July and September found Vancouver's gridlock is just as bad as Los Angeles.
