Transit Police say a 14 year old boy who has had nearly 50 negative contacts with police is set to appear in court June 11th after allegedly assaulting a man at a bus stop in New Westminster.
They say the victim asked the teen who was with three girls, to stop kicking some bike lockers outside the Braid Skytrain Station around 10pm on May 25th.
The boy allegedly advanced on the victim with a knife, and after the victim kicked the boy and grabbed his cell phone, the boy ran away with the victim's briefcase.
The victim was allegedly punched by the one of the girls when he tried to get his briefcase back.
